Atelier KAZ sells streetwear apparel, most of which is produced on demand through our manufacturing partner at the time of order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Colors and fine details may vary slightly from photos due to screen display differences and the nature of print-on-demand production.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled — see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the item ordered.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our site. Because most items are made to order, return eligibility is limited — please review that policy before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of Atelier KAZ / K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to reproduce or resell the design.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the site's security or functionality, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atelier KAZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
