What we can help with
- Sizing questions — tell us your usual size and the piece you're considering, and we'll help you choose. Every product page also has a full size guide in inches.
- Order status and tracking — include your order number and we'll look it up.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — send your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
- Changes or cancellations — contact us within 2 hours of ordering, as production begins quickly.
A note on how we make things
Every Atelier Kaz piece is made to order rather than held in stock. Production takes a few business days before your order ships, and you'll receive tracking by email once it's on the way.
