Return & Refund Policy — Atelier KAZ

Thank you for shopping with Atelier KAZ. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Every item sold by Atelier KAZ is custom made to order once you place your purchase. Because nothing is pre-made or held in stock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before ordering — once an order is placed, it cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our final sale policy: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you actually ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at k.j.az.j.ollc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item, at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.

Order Cancellations

Because every item enters production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests can only be honored within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at k.j.az.j.ollc@gmail.com if you need to cancel. After this window, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email k.j.az.j.ollc@gmail.com or call +1 (516) 417-9662 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only) are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
