Thank you for shopping with Atelier KAZ. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Production

Most items are produced on demand once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. This is separate from shipping/transit time below.

Shipping Times (after production)

Estimated transit time once your order leaves our facility:

United States: 5–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
UK & Europe: 10–21 business days
Australia: 12–25 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping):

US orders: approximately 7–11 business days from order date
International orders: production time above, plus the applicable shipping window for your country

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the items in your cart. Add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact shipping cost for your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — including apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to correct an address after placing your order, contact us immediately, as orders move into production quickly.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of your estimated delivery window, please contact us at k.j.az.j.ollc@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it with our shipping partner.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
